FROM START TO FINISH,
OUR 6-STEP APPROACH

1. STUDY

The first step in our process involves conducting a comprehensive set of studies to ensure a solid foundation for every project. This phase includes activities such as sampling, laboratory analysis, pilot testing, topographical mapping, and soil investigations. These studies provide critical data that guide our planning and decision-making, helping us minimize risks and optimize outcomes from the very beginning.

2. ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS & DESIGN

Building on the results of the preliminary studies, we focus on shaping the wastewater treatment plant from concept to construction-ready plans. This includes both basic and detailed engineering, covering everything from process design and dimensioning to the development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs). We also handle civil and structural design with full calculations, select appropriate equipment, instrumentation, and piping, and prepare detailed Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PAIDs).

Electrical and automation engineering are integrated to ensure the system functions efficiently, reliably, and in sync with operational needs.

3. SUPPLY

Once the design is finalised, we move into the supply phase, where planning turns into procurement. This step includes the preparation of comprehensive bid packages and the launch of price enquiries (RFQs) to qualified vendors. We handle bid comparisons to ensure the best technical and commercial fit, followed by the preparation of purchase orders. Throughout the process, we actively expedite orders, monitor progress, and carry out inspections to ensure that all equipment and materials meet project specifications and are delivered on time.

4. CONSTRUCTION

With all components in place, the project moves into the construction & automation phase. This step involves transforming designs into reality through a coordinated sequence of on-site activities. It begins with site preparation and soil improvement works, followed by civil construction and structural steel installation. Our teams then proceed with the installation of piping, valves, and fittings, along with all necessary electrical works. The final layer integrates automation systems, ensuring the WWTP operates smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the intended process control strategy.

We also provide hands-on training for plant operators, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to run the facility effectively. Finally, we compile and deliver all as-built drawings, operation manuals, and documentation, completing a smooth handover and setting the stage for long-term success.

Our team provides continued support as the system transitions to full-load conditions, optimising performance and making fine-tuned adjustments as needed. We remain available for technical assistance, maintenance guidance, and operational optimisation. Whether through on-site visits or remote support, our goal is to ensure the WWTP runs efficiently, reliably, and in full compliance with environmental standards.

ON SITE MONITORING

WIRELESS MONITORING

The final phase focuses on comprehensive on-site monitoring to ensure optimal system performance and regulatory compliance. This phase involves the installation and operation of advanced sensors and real-time data collection systems to continuously track key parameters such as flow rate, pH, dissolved oxygen, and nutrient concentrations. Regular sampling and lab analysis will complement the automated systems to validate results and detect any anomalies.

As an added layer of smart control, our Wireless Monitoring system brings real-time insight directly to your fingertips. Key performance data from the WWTP is continuously collected and securely transmitted to the cloud, allowing operators and stakeholders to monitor the plant's status anytime, anywhere—from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. The system not only provides live updates, but also issues alerts when irregularities or potential issues are detected, enabling faster response times and proactive maintenance. This modern approach ensures higher reliability, improved operational efficiency, and peace of mind.
